What makes American Infinite Academy different from traditional schools?
American Infinite Academy (AIA) is a fully online private high school that combines the best of traditional and modern education. We offer live, interactive classes led by top-tier teachers, the flexibility of online learning, and a globally recognized curriculum.
Unlike traditional schools, students are placed by ability, not age, allowing them to accelerate their learning. With cutting-edge technology, unlimited access to AP courses, and a personalized approach, AIA ensures students receive a rigorous, high-quality education that prepares them for success—both in the U.S. and on the world stage.
What grades does American Infinite Academy support?

Who is eligible to enroll at American Infinite Academy?

is open to students in grades 9–12. Tuition can be 80%-100% covered for students who qualify for the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) or other state grants.
When does enrollment open for the 2025 academic year?
Enrollment for the 2025 academic year, which starts in August 2025, opens on March 1, 2025
Can students enroll part-time?
Yes, part-time enrollment is available for students seeking additional courses or AP classes to supplement their current education.
What is the tuition cost? Are scholarships available?
Tuition at AIA is $1,400 per subject or $7,000 per year for full-time students. However, families may qualify for state-funded Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), which can cover up to 100% of tuition costs. To check eligibility and learn more, visit our

Are there limits to the number of AP courses students can take?
No, there are no limits on the number of AP courses students can take. A

Approximately how much time do classes take each day?
Students have 10 hours of live classes per week, with each course including 2 hours of live teacher-led instruction. In addition to live classes, students spend around 20 hours per week on independent learning and homework. Extra teacher support is available through office hours and homeroom sessions for students who need additional guidance.
Are lessons live Monday to Friday?
Yes, AIA offers live classes Monday to Friday, with students attending 10 hours of live instruction per week, or 2 hours per course.
Is AIA self-paced?
AIA provides a blended learning model, combining live instruction with self-paced coursework. Students complete 20 hours of independent learning and homework per week, giving them flexibility while ensuring structured academic progress.
Is this a homeschool program or an online private school?
AIA is a fully accredited online private school that awards a U.S. diploma and AP credits. It follows a fixed Pacific Time schedule with live teacher-led classes, structured coursework, and official transcripts.
Is AIA a microschool?
No, AIA is a fully online private school, not a microschool. Students learn from home through structured live lessons, a full curriculum, and a recognized U.S. diploma, rather than attending a small in-person learning pod.
