Discover the Utah Fits All Scholarship

The Utah Fits All Scholarship (UFA) provides families with $8,000 per student, per year, to customize their child’s education. Funds can be used for tuition at private schools like American Infinite Academy, along with other approved learning expenses.

Who Is Eligible?

Every Utah K–12 student is eligible, including:

Students currently in public, private, or charter schools
Homeschool students
Kindergarten students beginning school that year

There are no income restrictions, but if applications exceed available scholarships, preference goes first to renewals, then lower-income families (≤300% FPL), then siblings of approved students, then all others.

Timeline

Annual cycle:

March 1 – Opens for returning students
April 1 – Opens for new applicants
May 1 – Portal closes

Decisions are sent within 30 days of the deadline.

To renew each year, families must submit either a student portfolio or approved assessment results by May 31.

How can I Apply?

Complete the Online Application

When the portal opens (March 1 for renewals, April 1 for new families), set up your parent account on the Odyssey application site.
Fill in parent and student details.
Upload required documents: proof of Utah residency, your child’s birth certificate or ID, and any prior school records if requested.

Select Your Education Option

Choose either Private School or Home-Based.
To use the scholarship at AIA, select American Infinite Academy from the list of approved private schools.

Submit and Wait for Approval

Applications close May 1 for all students. You’ll receive an email decision within 30 days of the deadline

Set Up Your Child’s Learning Plan

Once approved, scholarship funds are loaded into your Odyssey account.
Families can then apply funds directly toward AIA tuition and build a personalized course plan with our team.
